- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Tucked in the interior corner of the Greenwood shopping plaza, the Bowling Green BMV office is located next to the BMV testing center (which run separately and has different hours,) and near the Wood County Title office. One can take care of all matters related to cars, plates, titles, drivers tests in one stop. The BMV office is highly compact but efficiently laid-out. Likewise it is kept cleaner than any other such office I’ve seen in Ohio. The staff moves quickly and doesn’t endure people vainly hoping to BS their way around the rules. They are however very friendly and professional. I speak from nearly 25 years of having used the location. Indeed people travel from Toledo 25 miles north, by-passing numerous closer offices to use the Bowling Green location.By Nathan Boyle, August 05, 2017
