- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could give less than 1 star I would. I worked with Blanca, who left the company the day after I filed my return. Then, because Blanca did not know how to file non-profit taxes I had to work with Dave to finish my return. Dave complained that he hated doing non-profit taxes and was annoyed that their pre-built form didn't work correctly for my organizations taxes. It took them over 2 weeks to get back to me with completed taxes and they finally ended up mailing in a paper form instead of e-filing. 2 months later I get a letter from the IRS that there was an entire section that hadn't been completed and we have to re-file and my be subject to penalties. Horrible customer service and incompetent tax preparers.By Danielle Weilnau, June 10, 2017
