- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The clerk was rude, my feeling was that she did not want to answer any of my questions. She also did not know enough about Medicare benefits as she told me that Med A pays for doctors appointments. I also asked her about working while I collect benefits and she told me "we don't want you to work while you are receiving benefits". I was at the Bowling Green office on 1/20/17 about 10:45-1:00. It was very stressful and a total waste of time. I am very unhappy that my taxes are paying her wages!By Cindy McFarland, March 07, 2017
